Basement Room: Available anytime; $775/month Upstairs Room: Available June 1st; $825/month
Bathrooms: 2 shared bathrooms, one on each floor. Shared between 2-3 people.
Utilities: $25/month flat fee
Parking: street parking within 30 feet of the main entrance.
Location: Off Federal and Hampton. About a 20 minute drive to downtown, 15 minutes Red Rocks, 15 minutes to the mountains, and just 10 minutes to South Pearl Street.
The Space: Open floor plan with a large living room and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, you just need to furnish your own room. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, central heating, ample storage space, durable vinyl “wood finish” flooring, carpeted bedrooms, built-in light fixtures, & a finished basement.
House Culture: Roommates emphasize clean common areas (especially the kitchen). No smoking, no partying, and no drug use. We are friendly but have different schedules and generally don’t see each other too much and are very respectful of personal space. Day or night, it’s general a quiet atmosphere to accommodate different schedules and nightly quiet hours from 10pm-8am are enforced.
Qualifications: Steady employment and at least 2x income to rent.
Application process: A background, credit, and eviction check through a nuetral 3rd party platform. 2 landlord references and a employment reference.
Lease Term: month-to-month or short term lease to start with a posibility of extension if it’s a good fit for us both.

I was born and raised in Colorado and I love all the Colorado-y things: alpine climbing, skiing, hiking, adventures of any kind. I lived in South America and NYC for a while and I speak fluent Spanish. I currently work from home on a 7:30am-4:30pm schedule so I’m up early and go to bed around 10-11pm.
