Fully furnished bedroom with shared bathroom. Other shared areas: fully stocked kitchen, living room with smart TV, dining area and work/study area. W/D, half bathroom, patio with fenced in backyard. There are 2 refrigerators so there is plenty of room for all roommates. All utilities are included. The house is nestled in a very quiet, nice, and safe neighborhood located only minutes from grocery stores, shopping centers, the mall, gyms, movie theatres, downtown center and much more!
I’m a 35 year old nurse. I have a cat that stays in the room (depending on roommate allergies). I work night shift and on my days off I go to the gym, yoga, hiking, love breweries, and love to read. I typically stay to myself but like to be social at times.
There is a 23 years old dance instructor and also a 23 year old nurse also living on the property.
An ideal roommate: female, mid 20-30s. Someone who is quiet and respectful of space but also open to being social and friendly with other housemates. Someone who is active, outdoorsy, mindful, down to earth, and kind. Guests are allowed over occasionally but we don’t host any big parties at the house. No smoking or drugs of any kind.
