Fully furnished bedroom in a 3 story 2500 square ft house. Room has an entrance from inside the room to the shared bathroom. You also have access to all common living areas and kitchen. There are 2 refrigerators so there is plenty of room for all roommates. Washer and dryer is also located on the main floor. All utilities are included as well as ample street parking. The house is nestled in a very quiet, nice, and safe neighborhood located only minutes from grocery stores, shopping centers, the mall, gyms, movie theatres, downtown center and much more!
Utilities are an additional $75 a month.
I am a nurse from Texas working in Colorado. I’ve been in Colorado for about a year and love it! I’m a night shift nurse so I sleep during the day. However on my days off I love to get up early, workout, do yoga, or head to RMNP for hiking! I also have a cat, her and all of her belongings are in my room and never in the common areas.
Ideal roommate: female in their mid 20s or 30s who preferably has rented before. Someone who is quiet, clean, considerate, and will treat the home as their own. Willingness to partake in cleaning of the house to help create and keep a clean and healthy environment for themselves and other roommates. No smokers/illegal drug use.
