Entrance to basement studio is from inside the house, you can either enter the front door for access or through the garage. All utilities are included as well as your own dedicated garage parking space. The studio is equipped with some kitchen supplies and space, however you also have access to the kitched on the main floor for your use, as well and the washer and dryer located near the garage. The house is nestled in a very quiet, nice, and safe neighborhood located only minutes from grocery stores, shopping centers, the mall, gyms, movie theatres, downtown center and much more!
Iām a 34 year old nurse. Originally from Texas. I mostly keep to myself but do like to socialize a little. When Iām not working Iām usually at the gym, hot yoga, hiking, or reading in my room. I do have a cat but she is never in the common areas, her and all her belongings stay in my room.
