Tuscany @ Innisbrook, Home of the PGA Valspar Open, 1 room for rent a private bath suite of a 2-2 Gated community with security guard service on premises Pools, Jacuzzi, Gym, 8000 sq ft Clubbouse with theatre room, billiard room, ping pong, air hockey and a small library Must see!! I’m blessed to be able to retire early at 45. I know how to be great roommate and looking for same Unit is 1200sq ft unit, Use of all areas $1,120 rent all inclusive, immediate $1,120 deposit (no last month rent asked, I’m trying to help as it’s tough out there). Inclusive meaning I pay all the bills. Roomies do a big clean 2x a month. And fumigated once a month by HOA. No pets, sorry…other than that, easy living.

1 bedroom n bath on one side and 1 bedroom & bath on other side of unit. Lanai & Garage. Common areas are everyplace minus bedrooms and baths, they remain private. Plenty of privacy! Female preferred as I’m clean, retired, I travel etc etc Both do chores/cleaning/trash etc etc

I’m 420 friendly, smoke cigs ALL GOOD but absolutely NO Smoking inside the unit. Peeps can smoke on lanai or outside. Chill private property resort at reasonable price off Belcher and 1/8 mile from US 19, 1/2 mile to Klosterman Rd 3 miles to Tampa Rd/Hillsborough Ave

Must be employed, drive, clean, 420 ok but no hard drugs here. No partying but have fun, watch big screen football, enjoy the several amenities. Just nothing too outrageous….. I’m rarely home tbh
