Before becoming interested in any place in Palm Harbor please know that it is higher rent district than a lot of other places in Pinellas county. This villa is in Highland Lakes estates. The other side of U.S. 19 is higher yet. I am right in there with the rent price and is lower than many. The only thing I hope you do is check this neighborhood out. I only moved recently to this side only 2.5 miles from my home I sold of 28 years. Much higher living expenses over there .
Everything but groceries and cleaning supplies etc. are included for you so I may use the rent funds for HOA fees and electric etc…

Please understand that instead of making someone drop a deposit up front equal to the rent, and a first and last month payment as well, paying weekly or bi weekly payments each time, your deposit and last month are in the weekly pay and I do not need up front 1st month at all. Just the 337.50 rent. This gives you the option of as well getting a chance to use your money otherwise to spend on other things. I’m not big on breaking anyone’s back to live here. This has been the way I have always rented in my home I just sold. Last room mate was my tenant and friend for 10 years and didn’t make a bucket full of money at his jobs.
If you are handy and can help finish the basic things we need to do, on 3rd month a lowered deductible and eventually your rent will go down, not up!! that week I will lower the monthly rent slightly and within a few months I will be able lower your rent permanently. Keep in mind please, that you have lake access to the east here and 3 miles to the west is the gulf of Mexico beaches. Historical Palm Harbor is to the west and many eateries and tiki facilities with in or outside eating choices.
This villa is one floor, Garden view front and small but useable back yard and court yard if need for kids to play and not be near the street. Available Washer and dryer room across lawn and have a cart to get it there or you can drive if want. huge amount of closets in that bedroom. chest of drawer to use and queen bed with brand new matching quilt, sheets and pillow shams and cases just waiting for you. The condo board if we choose each other has to have copy of drivers license for back ground check both criminal and credit. They are usually quick to get done. One wish is that we can be friends and use kitchen and living room and share groceries, laundry make meals and light cleaning.. Open to both are friends and family and I like meeting new people be it friends or family of my room mate . I do also own the villa.

Its only me and my bunny fifi. It is now where they do not want to submit for pets any longer, but I can ask for you as an exception with the board. It just depends. I am 60 so cover the 55+ as only one needed but you can qualify at whatever your age but really looking for 30 years old and up. but now you can’t have any animals anymore. Just someone who loves to golf as get a pass to 3 courses and lake tarpon access for just reduced price of pontoon boat. Fish, swim, relax on boat or have a beach picnic!! When looking out of your window in your room you can see the golf course. as for more as heated pools (2) one extremely large hot tub!! There are shuffleboard courts and tennis courts and Pickle ball. Classes can be taken at the main HOA facility from glass blowing to wood shop!
