Available July 1st, 2024 The house is located in the East Norriton area in a quiet neighborhood next to the Plymouth Country Club golf course with off street parking and a garage with a 12 minute commute to King of Prussia. There is a shared bathroom and the roommates would also share the common space such as the living room, dining room, and kitchen which are completely furnished. I have a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Disney + in the living room. I also have a finished basement and cozy fenced in backyard with a fire pit you have access to. The property has in house laundry and central air/heat. Your bedroom can come furnished (as shown in the pics), or if you’d like to bring your own stuff, I can move out what I currently have in there. For added security, I have exterior cameras around the property.

I have since moved out and now each of the three bedrooms are rented out to young professionals who are looking for furnished housing. I have rented to medical students on rotational assignments, pilots, masters students, interns, etc. The existing roommates leases are expiring at the end of June 2024 but I plan on filling those rooms at their expiration. I will be asking for a background and credit check if you are interested in staying here. Roommates will split utilities which include, water, gas, electric, trash, and high speed Wi-Fi which is $100-$150 per month per roommate split between 3 roommates.
