We are 27 year old professionals and have been renting out rooms for the past few years to individuals looking for furnished housing in Souderton, PA. We have housed a variety of mid to long term renters such as medical students, software engineers, pilots, etc. We try to make it as easy as possible for those relocating which is why the kitchen is stocked with essential appliances, the house is fully furnished, and we can provide extra storage for any items a traveler might bring along. This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property sits on just over an acre, has an in-ground pool, screened in gazebo, and features central air & heat, off-street parking with garage access, in-unit laundry, high speed internet, and for added security, exterior cameras around property. The housemates will share 1 full bathroom and the common space such as the kitchen and living room (cleaning company paid for by us usually comes once per month). Looking to room with other professionals working in the area. Flexible with different length of stays, but 1 year lease is preferred!

I (Nick) currently live with here with my Fiancée, Airlia, and one other roommate named John (M, 33) who has a lease until the end of August but is away for the whole summer (teacher visiting family out of state). I typically work in person 9a-6p but sometimes hybrid. Airlia works from home. Looking to fill the third and final room for the house! Thank you!
