Hi! My name is Nick and this is my first house that I now rent out to young professionals looking for furnished housing. I have housed a variety of travelers such as Merck interns and employees, medical students on rotational assignments, masters students, pilots, etc. This rental is turnkey and comes with everything you would need for a seamless transition. There is a shared bathroom and the roommates would also share the common space such as the living room, dining room, and kitchen which are completely furnished. I have a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Disney + in the living room. I also have a finished basement and cozy fenced in backyard with a fire pit you have access to. The property has in house laundry and central air/heat. Your bedroom can come furnished (as shown in the pics), or if you’d like to bring your own stuff, I can move out what I currently have in there. For added security, I have exterior cameras around the property.
Currently, the other two rooms are rented by Emily (F,26), a psychology masters student working full time, and Dustin (M, 36), a PhD grad doing research at Merck that have leases expiring in May and June respectively. I plan on renting the other rooms to other professionals at their expiration. I’m asking for first and last month’s rent + $500 security deposit to move in. The roommates share utilities which are about $150 per month. There is only a $30 application fee so that I may do background/credit check if you are interested in staying here. Thank you!
