The house is a large 4 bedroom 3 bath house in Modesto close to Johansen High school. It has a 3 car garage with shelve for storage. The available bedroom is a normal size bedroom up stairs. The bathroom is a nice size but shared with one man. He uses the bathroom between 5am and 6 am, then he goes to work all day. I pay for the gardener and the pest control every month. But utilities are divided by the total of the 4 renters. That includes the internet. All bedrooms have their own locks on the doors with their own key. There are 2 refrigerator in the house and a washer and dryer for everyone to share. The rent is month to month. But I am looking for someone that wants to stay long term.
There are currently 2 men that live in the house. they are clean and, nice and respectful. They are easy going and easy to get along with. They have both lived there for almost 2 years now. They work a lot and are gone a lot. One man has a small dog that stays in his bedroom downstairs.
