4 bedrooms, 2 bath house newly remodled in Riverbank. One bathroom is shared between 3 of the bedrooms. The available room is very large. It was a second livingroom that has been converted into a 4th bedroom. The bedroom has a wood cabinet in the room to hang clothes in. The rest of the house is furnished with a lot of my stuff. All of my furniture stays in the house when you move out. Each bedroom has their own lock and key to their room. You can rent month to month. Wifi is included. I do also pay for a gardener that comes every week and pest control every two months. I have left a lot of the living room furniture (couches, tables, lamps, pictures, chairs, etc.) and kitchen furniture. The house comes with a 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and a washer and dryer. All utilities will need to be divided by the whole house. Utilities would be around $90 to $120 per person each month depending on how many people live in the house. The house is month to month rent, but I am trying to find someone that wants to stay long term.
The current roommates are one female and 2 males in their 30s. All roomies are very nice, clean and respectful. No animals in the house. No drugs or excessive drinking is allowed. No parties are allowed.
