About the room
4 bedroom, 2 bath house newly remodled. You can rent month to month. Long term stay is more desired. The bedroom will have a bed in it like the Pic shows. Wifi is included. I pay for the gardener service. I have left a lot of the living room furniture (tables, lamps, pictures, chairs, etc.) The house comes with a 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and a washer and dryer. All utilities will need to be divided by the whole house. Utilities would be around $100 to $150 per person each month depending on how much you run the air conditioner. The house is month to month rent, but I am trying to find someone that wants to stay long term.
About the roomies
There is currently a retired male and a working female living in the house. They are both quite and they don’t party and they’ll don’t do drugs. No smoking please. I have one average size room available. Perfect for one person. No pets please.
