4 bedroom, 2 bath house newly remodled. You can rent month to month. Long term stay is more desired. The bedroom has a queen size bed in it already. Wifi, Netflix and Disney plus are included. I pay for the gardener service. I have left a lot of the living room furniture (tables, lamps, pictures, chairs, etc.) The house comes with a 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and a washer and dryer. All utilities will need to be divided by the whole house. Utilities would be around $100 to $150 per person each month depending on how many people live in the house and how much you run the air conditioner. The house is month to month rent, but I am trying to find someone that wants to stay long term.
There is a male in is late 20’s that rents the master bedroom. He works nights and sleeps all day. There is a 70 year old woman that is a retired nurse that lives in one of the rooms. There is also a women in her late 20’s that rents out a room and she also works nights. They are all quite and they don’t party, they don’t smoke and they’ll don’t do drugs. I have one average size room available. Perfect for one person.
