My name is Yoshi. I’m a home owner in Federal Way. We have a room (11x10) with a shared bathroom that I can rent for $850.00 including utilities. The house has a large fenced backyard and a non-fenced front yard. I have 4 dogs that are all friendly. We allow our dogs to roam inside and backyard while we’re at work. There are two large refrigerators and a couple of small refrigerators in our house. One is located inside the garage and the other two are shared by the tenants. Kitchenware are also shared (your preference). There is no chores I will be asking any of my tenants to do except to clean after themselves. Just like my roommates always say to leave the place just like you weren’t there after all. I dry-mop and vacuum the house weekly basis and mow the lawn once a week. I believe I hit a homerun with finding fantastic roommates who we all respect each other. We sometimes give each other hard time because we care about each other. We are one big family. We like the family atmosphere we have in our household and we would like to keep it that way.
