Yasushi's room

Attention: No Smoking Weed My name is Yoshi. I’m a home owner in Federal Way. We have a small room (10x8) with a shared bathroom that I can rent for $850.00 including utilities. It’s a small room but it served really well with other renters before. The house has a large fenced backyard and a non-fenced front yard. I have 2 dogs. They are all friendly. We allow my dogs to roam inside the house while we are at home. My dogs always stay at my neighbor’s house while I’m at work. So, there’s a little to no noise issue that you need to worry about. There are two large refrigerators and one small refrigerator in our house. One is located inside the garage that I use and the other two are shared by the tenants. Kitchenware are also shared (your preference). There is no chores I will be asking any of my tenants to do except to clean after themselves. Just like my roommates always say that leave the place just like you weren’t there after all. I dry-mop and vacuum the house daily basis and mow the lawn once a week (Tuesday morning). I believe I hit a homerun with finding fantastic roommates who we all respect each other. We sometimes give each other hard time because we care about each other. We are one big family. We like the family atmosphere we have in our household and we would like to keep it that way.
