Attention: No Smoking Weed Hi, my name is Yoshi. I own a house in Federal Way. The house is located in Federal Way (near 288th St. and Military Rd). I have a room available that it has a great privacy! The greatest thing about this room is that it is next to the garage in which it will give you a plenty of room to store anything you may want to store. The features are:

First of all,

1. Room (10x8)
2. Has a portable air conditioner
3. Furnished or non-furnished

Inside the garage, it comes with:

1. A regular size fridge
2. Electric stove
3. Electric oven 4: Microwave
4. Water heater/cooler (You have to buy your own 5 gallon water@$6.50)
5. Garage door as the private entrance (I use it as an entrance)

The best thing about the room is that it is located opposite side of all of our rooms separated by the door and a room. So, the privacy is protected and there will not be any noise issues. The door to your room has a lock that no one else can enter your room. It is rented at $850 per month, utility and wifi all included. First and last month rent is due at the move-in.

I have three other tenants living one side of the house. We are all respect other people. I have two medium dogs (male and female) named Codie and Izzie. They are all well trained. I work from home so all animals roam around the house all day long until my roommate comes home. So, you do not have to keep your dog inside the room while you’re at work.

This room could be a perfect room for a couple who are just starting up the family as well as a single person trying to build a credential for the better future.
