The room will be available on August 23rd. The room comes with a private parking spot in the driveway! Also, there’s a small room in the same unit available now and rent is $525- Water/Sewer/Garbage/Electric/Gas/Wifi included.

Rent:

• $575/month
• 6, 9, and 12-month lease options
• $575 security deposit
• $150 non-refundable cleaning fee

• Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, wifi, and electric/gas
• Tenant(s) responsible for lawn care/snow removal
