Currently, another female is living in the unit that goes to EWU. Perfect housing if you’re looking to team up and rent the other two rooms available this August!

• You’re in 1 of 3 bedrooms on the main floor with a shared full bathroom
• The room is a decent size and unfurnished.
• Washer/dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator are available
• Street/shared driveways parking
• Backyard

Utilities:

• Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, wifi, and electric/gas
• Tenant(s) responsible for lawn care/snow removal

Rent:

• $675/month per room Water/Sewer/Garbage/Electric/Gas/Wifi included
• 9, 12-month lease options
• $675 security deposit
• $150 non-refundable cleaning fee
