- Option to include a heavy-duty clothing rack (no fee), futon, table, and carpet (available for a one-time fee or will be removed if not needed)

- Washer/dryer, oven, and refrigerator available
- Off-street parking
Household Atmosphere:
- The unit is currently shared with one other tenant who is a full-time student and maintains a clean and quiet living environment.

Rent & Lease Terms:

- 6-month lease
