One room is available for rent in a shared 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Single occupancy only. No pets/smoking allowed. The room will be available on February 12th (flexible with the date)

The Room/Unit & Amenities:

• You’re in 1 of 2 bedrooms in the apartment with a shared full bathroom
• Room is massive in size and unfurnished.
• Kitchen will be fully furnished
• Pool is off-limit until the warmer months
• Washer/dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator are available
• Street/driveways parking

Rent:

• $700/month
• Month-to-month lease
• $700 security deposit
• $150 non-refundable cleaning fee

Utilities:

• Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, wifi, and electric/gas
• Tenant(s) responsible for lawn care/snow removal
