There is a large screened in Lani with fish pond / waterfall and large swimming pool. 20 mins from downtown, 10mins to I75 or I4, 10mins to USF. This is a large 2 story house with parking available street side or in the driveway/first come first serve. House is on a dead end road so there is not much traffic and neighborhood is usually pretty quiet.
No couples, no families due to number of roommates only… this is a septic built home and can only handle so much. single occupancy per rm, occasional overnight guests are welcome. We are looking for a professional or student roommate that is respectful of others and laid back. House is owner occupied so your responsibility for bills is that of your own only and consumable items, (IE Toiletries, TP, Laundry soap, food, etc. ) There are 2 refrigerators so plenty of room. Come and give us a look! Rent is month to month with no long term lease to sign…just 30days move out notice for return of deposit.
