Location: We’re a few blocks from Lents park and a few blocks from 82nd and Foster, nicely tucked into the neighborhood. Good walkability and convenient for bus stops or max line, hopping on the freeway, or onto the main roads into downtown.
Most of the tenants who come through are either college students finishing school, travelers, or young professionals just getting started. Most are quite independent with a focus on school or early career.
There is another sweet young lady in the room across from this one upstairs. We are on the main floor and our two littles are downstairs.
About us a bit: We work from home with Hubby often doing projects to improve the property, and other creative projects like audiobooks and 3d printing. Wify works for a nonprofit in Africa helping impoverished women learn entrepreneurship. We enjoy Netflix and board games and doing family activities.
