Unfortunately I am moving out of my beautiful logan square apartment, and my two incredible roommates need a third roomie! May 1st move-in, but could be flexible for a sooner date. It is a beautiful 3bed, 1bath apartment close to everything logan square has to offer. The room gets plenty of natural light and fits a queen size bed with plenty of space to spare. The apartment also has 2 balcony spaces. One of the front of the house, and one off the back. The kitchen was recently remodeled, and there is also a second living room space. Needless to say there is plenty of space in this apartment! Laundry is located in the basement and is coin opperated. You can also store your bike in the basement. Pets are also allowed. There is a fee, but you would have to check with management on what that fee is! Street parking is also super easy! there is always available space and you do not need a permit. You are also a 4 min walk to the logan square blue line. You would be living with 2 girls in their mid 20s. One is a graphic designer and one is a hair stylist. Both are super friendly, laidback and outgoing. Sharing the bathroom has never been an issue and i've lived here for years! Rent is $708 a month and the utilities are super minimal. I would say including internet they all addup to about $50 additional a month. You would be taking over the remainder of the least, which goes until september 2018 and then have the option of resigning!

The two rooms that would be inhabited by myself and you have both bathrooms in between them, so there's also an awesome level of privacy that most Chicago apartments do not offer their residents. There's room for storage or an office setup in the third room, though that's also where the cats do their business so I'd recommend it more for storage than somewhere you'd want to spend a ton of time. My name is Greg and I'm currently looking for someone to fill the second bedroom of my apartment in Logan Square. My previous room mate just moved out and this spot is just too nice to leave. Recently remodeled, complete with a full size jacuzzi, large dual vanity in the bathroom (own sink and cabinet space), fire place, washer/dryer in unit, outside porch and a large bedroom. I'm a bartender but mostly work mornings-mid shifts. I'm a very clean person with a really easy going personality, I don't normally sweat the small stuff. I play a lot of pool, mediocre guitar and hang out with my pup, Miles.
Shared backyard with great neighbors, grill in back, fire pit, and pets. Flexible with pets in the apartment, partial to dogs. Central heat and AC, 420 friendly. Will need some furnishings (a couch) once current roommate moves out, but apartment for the most part comes furnished. Super awesome short walk from California Blue Line and awesome bars down California and Milwaukee Ave. Buses running often as well. Lease will run until May 1st at least.
