Specific interior drywall, HVAC systems in place, sealing of the studs and beams behind the drywall with an Elmer's Glue and water solution (as per the Shoemaker Protocol/ indoor environmentalist consultant) to keep them from absorbing moisture. We replaced all of our furniture/appliances (BRAND NEW: washer, dryer, fridge, stove, cabinets, couches, and more...) ton and tons of work done to ensure that the mold nanoparticle count in our home in as microscopic as possible! Our goal will be to avoid cross-contamination as much as realistically possible by keeping dust a minimum and always using all natural, organic (if possible) house products! This is a large (1800 sf), 4br house that is the last house on the street with a large, open field next to us overlooking a canyon. There are several neighbors that bring their dogs down to play. I am very active, laid back and I like to cook and entertain. I have paddleboards, bikes, boards etc. I take the dog hiking down in the canyons regularly. She is a 4 yo Shepherd/Husky mix that is sweet and socialized. Her best friend moved with mine and she has been noticeably different, so I would prefer to find someone who has a larger breed dog that could be a good companion.
