Shared bathroom (with only 1 other person) and access to a kitchen shared with only 2 others. Requires 15 hours per week general assistance with managing the property, some cooking, errands, help with upkeep, occasional help moving things, and cleaning the two-room residence and small RV for the disabled owner. Property is non-smoking, non-vaping and fragrance-limited. We all follow ecologically responsible water, electricity and trash management practices here.
If, after completing an interview and visiting the house, we feel like we’re a good fit, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement and provide $895. security deposit plus $90 (nonrefundable) to cover the cost of a background check conducted by owner.
Owner is older behavioral health professional with physical disability that limits endurance. Help is needed with those things listed in the description. Both owner and 1 other housemate have totally independent living quarters. You’ll share a bathroom with a highly responsible woman in her 20’s and the kitchen with the same woman and 1 other housemate.
