Rarely are rooms available in the quiet corner of the Rincons and Catalinas. 5 minutes to grocery, drugstore, hardware store and restaurants, yet feels totally removed from city life. Hikers’ and bikers’ paradise. Coyotes, javelinas and the rare bobcat are endlessly interesting neighbors who stroll by the 1-acre property.

Your room is totally private with patio door entry onto your own porch and adjacent parking space with the nearby stair to the shared roof deck boasting one of the most breathtaking views of Tucson. You have your own private bathroom and a glorious view of the sunrise over the Rincon mountains.

Kitchen is shared with only 2 housemates: quiet, clean and respectful of privacy. Feel free to sit on the front porch shared by all, as well, to watch the sunset shadows dance across the stunning view of the Catalinas.

Property is 100% smoking/vaping free and fragrance-limited. Housemates all agree to wear masks if asked (or feeling ill) to responsibly limit exposure to any recurrent problems like COVID. Rent includes all utilities use of washer and dryer, WIFI and large back yard. You have your own HVAC unit that does not share circulating air with any other room. No pets due to allergies of others.

To join us, you will need to have a solid source and history of income, share our general humanitarian values and appreciation of ethnic, LGBTQ+ and spiritual diversity. Residency is for no less than 1 year, 2+ years preferred for someone making their home here. Roomies are professional women ranging in age from late 20’s to mid-70’s. Owner and 1 other roomie have totally separate, independent living spaces. You will be sharing a kitchen with the additional 2 roomies living in a newly constructed addition to the house. Sense of humor, love of natural desert and wildlife, good communication skills all shared among us.
