Unfurnished bedroom with bath available for one roommate to share my 3 bed/2 been house in Mandarin. The room is 11x13 feet, has a large closet and bathroom across the hall. Located in a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Close to Old St Augustine Rd and I-295, and 1 mile to Publix and Neighborhood Walmart.

I have two well behaved boys that live with me every other weekend. Price includes utilities, Comcast wifi. House has a private fenced in backyard.

I’m pretty easy going, I enjoy a clean space, cooking, being active, as well as chilling and watching Netflix. I work in St Augustine. I’m looking for a responsible and clean roommate as well. This is my house and there are no other roommates living here.
