Hello! My partner and I are looking to rent out a large room that is unused in our condo starting August 2nd, 2026. We are in the heart of Weymouth, a very convenient location right by the highway and walking distance to many shops (Whole Foods, Walgreens, Starbucks, Petco, etc.). The total cost would be $995 monthly, and this would include rent, electric, Wi-Fi, and parking fee in the monthly rent. Payments would be due on the last day of the month every month. We have one shared bathroom but we have our own bathroom attached to our room that we use, but only one shower, so it’s just a shared shower. We also have a lovely balcony with lots of trees if you like to enjoy sunsets or sunrises.

Both myself and my partner both work 40-50 plus hours a week, are gone during the day a lot but always home at night. We are business professionals. We have two very cuddly, loving, friendly cats so must be a pet lover (one will try to take over your bed, lol). we are seeking a mature, reliabile, respectful, and clean roomate for our shared spaces. ( Mikaela) myself am a musician and a creative, and we both Christian and I enjoy comedy, watching movies, and enjoying natures gifts.
