Looking for someone to replace me in my apartment!
Located in Middle Hill, the apartment is
- a 5 minute drive to University of Pittsburgh
- 5 min drive to Western Psych and Presbyterian Hospital
- 10 min drive to Mercy
- 8 min drive to downtown Pittsburgh
- close to the 82 and 83 bus lines.
There is plenty of street parking available. Washer & dryer are in the apartment which means no going to laundromat! The room also features large windows with a lot of natural light, and a spacious closet. Common areas are furnished but redecorating is absolutely allowed. Apartment has heat and in-window A/C units.
Tenants pay for gas, electric, and Wi-Fi, the total of which is roughly $115 a month per person. Garbage and water are paid by landlord. AFAB young professionals/students preferred.
About the roomies
Roommate is a Forensic Case Manager working with the Department of Human Services. She is neat and orderly who cleans up after herself, and is looking for someone of a similar mindset. We value communication between roommates, whether it’s about who is doing what chore, or just pizza toppings. Roommate is very liberal and passionate about social justice.
