About the room
mobile home community 55+ centrally located to all kinds of shopping. Private bath. Your own parking spot under carport. Two screened in porches. Shared kitchen with owner. There is enough space that you could have your own ice box if that would be a preference. large living room of which i very seldomly use. Laundry off side porch. I have basic internet and no cable as i stream what little i watch, therefore if you need more that would be upon you to provide.
About the roomies
There is only myself since i lost my life partner of 54 years. I have my computer and television in my bedroom and i usually read most of the day and evening. I do prefer a non smoker and i do not object to partaking of alcohol as long as you have self control. I am 76 years old. I would also prefer a quiet person as i mentioned before i spend most of my time reading so i do enjoy a peaceful setting. If there is anything in particular you would like to know don’t hesitate to ask.
