About the room
FLEXIBLE MOVE-IN DATE and FURNISH or UNFURNISHED. I have a private room with a private bathroom in a 4 bedroom home with a 6-ft privacy fenced yard on a cul-de-sac on the Ralston Creek Green Space. It’s amazing to be able to ride your bike to Hwy 93 or Denver on the bike path. The room can be furnished or unfurnished as you choose. :)
I have a dog who is a bit touchy with new people and other dogs but he can warm up with some structure and encouragement. You would be welcome to have a dog, and I would need and offer occasional help with dog care.
The kitchen is shared and there are two living spaces on the main floor and a living space in the basement, so there is plenty of room for privacy or a work area. The house is half renovated, half old school. Parking is free on the cul-de-sac.
Gas, Electricity, water, garbage and Internet are in addition to the rent.
About the roomies
I am a nurse practitioner in my 50s, divorced, working full time. I live here with my teenage son who will be moving out of state for college and will only be home for holidays. One night a week I spend outside the house and one night a week my male partner stays over.
I am quiet and clean and would need a roommate who is the same. I’m interested in respectful emotionally mature relationships.
I am not interested in having drugs, nicotine, cannabis or alcohol in the home, and I am balanced and healthy. Occasionally I work from home. I love to dance and am happy to play music, but mostly I like a quiet home. I am happy to share a couple meals a week, but that is not obligatory. I love yoga, pilates and hiking. I love relaxing and meditating. I love reading and connecting authentically with others.
