The current roommates are respectful & have jobs. They pretty much keep to their selves and have been renting for quite some time now. I’m a 42 year old landlord in the Rockford area that trying to help people that’s in need of shelter, when they’re in a time of need, all roommates must have steady income and be respectful of me (1st & for most) other roommate/tenants and help keep place clean I’m looking for responsible/safe people as my kids will be there from time to time . I’m not accepting anyone that just got out of prison and that’s on parole or anybody that brings a lot of drama and negative attention to the house .
