There is parking for one car per roommate. This is an HOA community so all regulations must be adhered to.
I am an afro Caribbean male that enjoys anime and good food. I live with myself, partner and small 7 pound dog. I have a single room upstairs that is also for lease so that room will be occupied by different people. Typically we have a variety of hard working creative minded folks that stay here.
