This room is located in a charming, walkable neighborhood that offers several amenities for residents, including a community pool, dog park, and ample guest parking. The area is ideal for morning walks, evening strolls, and enjoying a quiet residential atmosphere while still being conveniently located near shopping, dining, and everyday necessities. The property is a spacious three-story townhouse with hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas. The available space is a private first-floor studio-style room, providing a separate living area and added privacy from the rest of the home. Residents also have access to the shared second-floor common areas, including a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room that are designed for comfortable everyday living. We already have a small dog in the house and would prefer not to add anymore roaming pets, however if you’re pet gets along well with ours we are welcome to consider it as long as you have pet insurance. Parking is available, and the home’s common spaces are fully furnished and move-in ready. The unit has a half bathroom ensuite, so you’ll be sharing the shower on the third floor with one other person. We also have shared washer and dryer on the third floor as well. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, allowing you to personalize the space to fit your needs and style. This setup is ideal for someone seeking a balance of privacy, comfort, and access to welcoming shared living spaces within a well-maintained community.

You’d be living with me and potentially two other roommates in a relaxed, creative household. We’re all gamers, streamers, and content creators, so the house can be a little lively at times, especially during streams, recording sessions, or game nights. We make an effort to communicate openly and be respectful of noise levels, schedules, and personal routines. Overall, the atmosphere is friendly, laid-back, and welcoming. We value creating a comfortable home where everyone can relax, socialize when they want to, and still have plenty of personal space and privacy.
