About the room
The available space is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private loft/flex space that works great as an office, second living area, workout space, etc. Additional perks include a garage parking space, tons of extra storage in the oversized garage and unfinished basement, and flexible lease options (6-month minimum). The location is incredible - near North Table Mountain with walkable access to tons of foothill trails and conveniently located almost exactly between downtown Denver and downtown Boulder, making commuting to either very manageable.
About the roomies
Iām a 31-year-old female engineer and the only other person living in the house. I have a friendly 4-year-old cattle dog named Lola. I enjoy hiking and running in the summertime, and skiing in the winter. I go into the office most days, but work from home on Fridays.
