About the room

I have lived in this house for several years. It is located in a QUIET, private development that has close access to several parks, and sitting areas under lots of trees. My cul-de-sac has only six houses and the neighbors are friendly. I created space on the flat part of my roof where you can sit and be surrounded by trees, or even host a small card party. It is very quiet and peaceful and the neighbors get along very well.

About the roomies

I mostly keep to myself and prefer a renter of color - of any gender - especially someone who is an artist or creative, has a good sense of humor, and is low-maintenance. I work from home and though I am not anti-social, I often keep to myself. I only just started looking for roommates, so it’s only me in the house at the moment, so you would choose which of the available two rooms you wanted. Both rooms are surrounded by trees and quiet.
