My townhouse is located in a QUIET, private , wooded area that has close access to several parks, and sitting areas under lots of trees. My cul-de-sac has only six houses and the neighbors are friendly. I fixed up the flat part of my roof where you can sit and be surrounded by trees and serenity. I have three bedrooms and would like to rent out two of them.
I am a writer and former journalist for The Oregonian. I now work from home and prefer a renter of color - of any gender - who is artistic or creative, has a good sense of humor, and is low-maintenance. I am not anti-social, but I often keep to myself. I also am very Afrocentric and often keep to myself. I don’t have roommates at this time, so you would have first dibs on which bedroom you wanted. Both have large windows that face trees and greenery. I am open to you bringing your own furniture, though if you don’t have a bed, we would have to work that out. I don’t have pets, though I am not opposed to them if you clean up after them and they are not ruining my furniture.
