It’s a beautiful home in North Phoenix in a quiet really nice gated community so it’s very secure and safe it’s close to the 51 freeway and the 101 near Scottsdale and Paradise valley The room is large and it’s also beautifully furnished the whole house is beautifully furnished it’s very homey and cozy The house is broken up into two sides on one side I live the landlord and the female landlord and then on the other side is the roommates with their bathroom on that side of the house as well then the kitchen is kind of in the middle it’s fully stocked with all appliances and everything you could need then there’s a spare living room over on the roommate side of the house that kind of breaks up from the other side of the house That’s a large home so there’s plenty of room for privacy and everything for everyone We have a backyard and patio that’s fully gated in so great for pets if you have one I do have a 3-year-old chiweenie dog that’s very friendly and everyone loves her so dog lovers are a must keep the home very neat and tidy so it’s always comfortable for everyone
Myself I’m a 62-year-old state certified caregiver and the landlord then there’s my roommate Dominica who’s 39 she’s a licensed massage therapist and she’s very calm and peaceful and easy to get along with very respectful We both are very respectful of roommates and people’s possessions and their space, gated communitie so it’s very calm safe feeling in the home
