I have gorgeous home in North Phoenix with a beautiful large room fully furnished available it has ceiling fan large closet a little desk area built in it’s a beautiful room and a beautiful large home with dual living rooms lots of separation like one roommate is on one side of the house and the other two roommates are on the other side of the house it’s very beautifully furnished and taken care of very neat and tidy it’s very warm and cozy We have a beautiful back patio with the yard and even a little garden shared kitchen with any appliance you could ever need laundry room with washer and dryer The mattress is relatively new and in great shape bathroom is always kept very neat and tidy and it’s a normal size bathroom with a bathtub if you like baths I myself the landlords live on the opposite side of the house with my own living room bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side of the house and then there’s a spare living room on the roommate side of the house and then the two rooms and the shared bathroom then the kitchen kind of in the middle there’s a separate entrance for the roommates to use One is very respectful and keeps to themselves are also very respectful and courteous
This myself the landlord I’m 62-year-old state certified caregiver and a behavioral health technician I work a lot and my room and my living room and my stuff is on the opposite side of the house from the roommates so there’s plenty of room for privacy on the other side I have one female roommate Dominic who’s very courteous respectful and kind she’s a licensed massage therapist and I’m a state certified caregiver two females I also have a 3-year-old chiweenie dog he’s very friendly and energetic and people love her so dog lovers a must We have a very calm peaceful respectful environment and we’re looking for the same in a roommate
