Single family house that is situated in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood that is minutes from stores, restaurants, church, and hospital. The house will be shared with the owner/landlord. Renter will have access to common areas such as dining room, kitchen, living room, veranda, and patio. Renter will also have access to the fridge, microwave, and sink only. No access to stove top oven please. So no cooking allowed please. Utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. The bathroom downstairs will be shared with our mom and the tenant.
We are a couple living with our youngest daughter, her boyfriend, our granddaughter, our mom, and our pets (2 friendly outdoor Cats). The Renter/Roomie must not have alcohol drinks, no cigarettes/tobacco/vaping, no drugs, no overnight friends, no loud music, and no parties.
