About the room
New home in a new subdivision in Merced. The bathroom will be mostly yours, except for occasional guests. You will have internet access and full kitchen access. The room is separate from the other rooms, which provides more privacy. The home is a four-bedroom home with three bathrooms. The location is near Campus Parkway with easy access to the freeway, UC, and retail shops. If you enjoy walking or biking, there are plenty of paths nearby. There’s even one that connects you to UC Merced.
About the roomies
There are two adults who live on the property. I take care of my mom, who has multiple sclerosis. It’s important that the individual who lives here is compassionate and caring and is comfortable living with an older adult who has a chronic autoimmune disease. And someone who is respectful. My mom also receives additional caretaking support once a week.
