3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with lovely fenced-in yard and storage space. You will have one bedroom and one (mostly) private bathroom. The house is spacious with sunlight good light! The kitchen and living room are in the middle of the house between your bedroom and mine, which provides quiet privacy. Walkable to many places: Iconik Lena, El Rey, Smiths, Chocolate Maven and much more.

I am looking for someone interested in participating in community and who likes dogs. I would love to share some meals together or team up on yardwork. Dogs and children are welcome! I host writing group some Sundays and potlucks every other Tuesday, which might have 5-15 people and include in-home karaoke! By day, I’m a teacher. I also enjoy doing improv and puppetry, writing, biking, and hiking. I’m not a late-night person or much of a drinker. I moved to Santa Fe two years ago from Minneapolis.

My dog, Oatmeal, is a 35lb poodle. (He’s the beige one in the photo in front of the fireplace.) He is a sweetheart, although when it comes to humans, he takes his time building trust. He did serious training last summer and knows how to mind his manners.

Sometimes (for maybe 10 days, twice a year), my mom will come stay at the house. She’ll share a bathroom with you then.
