I’m looking to sublease my room in Arvada. The available room comes with its own private bathroom, offering a good amount of privacy and personal space.

There is also an optional office room in the basement available, which would be great for someone who works from home, studies, games, or needs extra storage/flex space.

I’m currently subleasing my room, so I won’t be living at the property. The home will be shared with my two current roommates. They are respectful, friendly, and easy to live with. The ideal subtenant would be someone clean, responsible, and comfortable sharing common spaces while still having their own private bedroom and bathroom.
