Beautiful, large Century home located in prime N Asheville area just a mile from downtown. Walking distance to City Bakery, Starbucks, TJ’s, Whole Foods, etc. Close to everything, yet the property and neighborhood are extremely quiet and peaceful. Gas, garbage and water are paid for and the electric and internet bills are very low.($40-50) We have radiant heat so that’s a biggie. No central AC, but each bedroom has a window unit and it stays amazingly cool in the house as long as it’s not scorching outside. Windows open at night, closed during the day is the secret.

Professionals, students, retirees and fully working individuals welcome. I have 2 temporary roommates who are not staying on beyond the Aug 31st deadline, so two rooms have opened up along with a smaller third room which may be rented as office space. Or it could also be a fourth bedroom. TBD. I have rented here going on 4 years and it’s an ideal location and very well maintained. Huge backyard space, basement storage available, parking onsite for two cars with street parking available directly across from the house. I’m semiretired and a homebody, but like to interact with people, neighbors and family. I work occasional gig jobs, but it’s sporadic.
