The house has been remodeld and its located near the Moreno Valley Park and the Moreno Valley Mall. It has quick access to the 215 fwy and the 60 fwy. Plus Its 10- 15 minutes away from UCR and downtown Riverside. The room is furnished and it’s a brand new furniture with a brand new mattress from Tempur - Pedic Luxebreeze and it’s a soft foam bed; meaning that the mattress adapts to your body and if your body its too hot it keeps it at a lower temperature. It’s one the best mattress I have ever had and if not! The best mattress according to the doctors; I highly recommend to anyone. It comes with 2 Tempur Pedic pillows as well with own private bathroom with Bluetooth speaker while taking a shower and a personal refrigerator; by the way the mattress reclines and it comes with a Smart 3D TV Samsung. The shower head it’s filter so it comes clean water for at least a year than I have to change it evrey year. Also your able to park your vehicle in the driveway; no need to worry about parking your vehicle on the street and deal with the sweeper. Plus theirs surveillance cameras outside for saftey and also the house is equipped with an alarm; provided by Simplesafe Security System. The reason the room it’s a bit higher because the furniture was about $6000 for the fact that’s made of real wood and has L.E.D light on the furniture and the mattres was about $6000 because its a Tempur- Pedic Luxebreeze soft bed. I have receipts for the furniture and the mattress as well.
