Fits a queen king size bed, with exterior closet. • ~15 min walk to M and R trains, 20 min walk to W,N trains. • In unit washer and dryer. Reliability: Must have stable income (at least 55k and good credit score), pass management approval, and pay rent/utilities consistently on time. Pets: 1 cat allowed, no dogs allowed.
About me: I’m a queer teacher in my early 30s. I work Mon-Fri and I am usually around on the weekends and during the Summer. I spend most of my time in my room, but I also enjoy watching tv/reading in the living room. I love the dynamic I have with my current roommates and would like to keep the same: Keep the party outside, always communicate when bringing guests and keep the shared spaces clean. Cleanliness: Proactive about dishes, trash, and bathroom/ common area upkeep. Lifestyle: I treat the apartment as a place to rest and have peace. I am looking for roommates who share the same values. Guests: Unfortunately I’ve had enough bad experiences with men in the apartment, so no men sleeping over or as a frequent guest is non-negotiable.
