Hello! My name is Chris. I own a house in the Pioneer Hill neighborhood (78754) off of Dessau Road and am looking for a roommate! It’s close to Samsung, Apple, Dell, Parmer Innovation Center, etc. Also pretty central to UT, Domain, and Mueller.
House facts: Built in 2020, 1800 (ish) square feet Two refrigerators, washer/dryer 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths (The three bedrooms share two full bathrooms upstairs, and a half bath downstairs.) ATT Gigabit fiber (WiFi 7 throughout the house). There is a TV/couch in the living with Netflix, Apple TV+, Prime, etc that is common to everyone in the house.
There is plenty of parking (We are the 2nd house in on the row).
Rent is ~725 w/utilities included – (water, electric, trash, and ATT Gigabit Fiber.)
I, the owner, am a 38-year-old guy. I work as a night shift engineer at a company nearby; because I do 3/4x 12-hour shifts, I am not home a lot. On my days off, I climb, go to the gym, and do stuff around the house.
The other person there is a woman in her late 20s with her super chill dog.
We are both pretty chill.
