House facts: Built in 2020, 1800 (ish) square feet Two refrigerators, washer/dryer 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths (The three bedrooms share two full bathrooms upstairs, and a half bath downstairs.) ATT Gigabit fiber There is a TV/couch in the living room that’s free to use.
Plenty of parking (We are the 2nd house in on the row).
Misc: Rent is ~725 w/utilities included – (water, electric, trash, and ATT Gigabit Fiber.)
We currently have two people living there.
Me - I am a 38-year-old man who works 3/4 x 12 hour night shifts. Because of my work schedule, I am essentially not home half of the week (sleeping during the day). On my days off, I climb, do stuff around the house, etc.
The other person is a woman in her late 20s with her super chill dog. She usually keeps to herself.
Overall, we’re all pretty chill.
