The house is located in a very quiet, and safe neighborhood, off Newport/215 fwy. Many shops & restaurants are located near by (Target, Ralphs, Stater Bros, etc.)

We’re looking for a responsible, clean tenant who work outside of home and has proof of employment.

Move in requirements are first month’s rent and $400 deposit ($1,300 total). This is a month-to-month lease.

No pets. No smoking indoors. No couples.

2 other males live in the home. Very respectful, friendly and for the most part keep to themselves. The home keeps a quiet/calm, serene and environment for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves while home.
