The apartment is nice, clean and simple–ready for decorating and styling! The rooms are pretty spacious, and, even with today’s overcast weather, plenty of light comes in through the windows. Each bedroom has a full bathroom that directly adjoins it. All your normal kitchen appliances are sitting by for any sort of cooking or baking. The large clothes washer and dryer are just off the kitchen in their own laundry room. The living room area has plenty of space to lay out and watch a movie or play games with friends. And the balcony offers a kind area to sit in the morning with your coffee and wake up. The community has a nice outdoor entertainment area with a large grill and a pool! A cute roomy study can be a nice quiet area outside of the apartment to read or do some school work. Then there’s a nice gym that has all–or nearly all–of the equipment you would want. Surrounding the community are beautiful woods and trails with a dog park just 0.5 miles away. You also get access to all 15 pools, tennis/pickleball courts, parks, and trails under the Reston Association.

I just moved to the area and am in the military and am a LDS. I’m friendly, often being the first one to say, “Hi”, and won’t run away from you. I am outdoorsy and like to hike, rock climb, run, longboard, swim, explore, whatever. I am also pretty pragmatic and will make sure we have a good foundation and relationship and that things are covered with the apartment. I also have a lovely dog, Chelsea, a 47-lb treeing walker coonhound. She is affectionate, obedient, loves walks, really well house-trained, and doesn’t bark.
