The room has a large en-suite bathroom and a nice walk-in closet.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood a mile from Sumter High School, ten minutes from downtown Sumter and twenty minutes from Shaw AFB with little traffic. The lot is fairly large at 0.6 acres with plenty of shade to enjoy being outside. I am renovating part of the yard at the moment to have a pollinator garden; and a landscaping company will tend to the yard. The kitchen is spacious and has basic amenities for any cooking, baking or food prep. The laundry machines clean and dry well. Utilities are included.
Obviously clean, kind and respectful people are preferred.
***Important note: I will offer this room for June and July at $600. Afterwards, the other smaller room will be open which I will offer at $500. You will be allowed to switch rooms at that point and save some money.
I am in the military, and am friendly, open-minded and pragmatic. I am moving out at the end of May opening up this room for you. My current roommates are a cool college girl (20 years old) and an equally cool military dude (25 years old). They like to cook, play games, or be out and about. She is staying until summer next year and he is moving out around this July.
