1 bedroom available in a 2 bd 1 bath apartment in Gunbarrel, located in the Powderhorn complex. Very nice place to live, very quiet. Plenty of free parking and only a 15 minute drive into central Boulder, with bus stops nearby. No pets and preferably non-smoking, but people do smoke outside. There is an outdoor pool in the complex, as well as a tennis court that I have no idea how to get into. There is also AC and an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment does have a garage but it is small so we use it for storage. The unit has a lot of windows, gets a lot of natural light, and has a front patio as well. Rent is typically paid by check directly to the landlord. Electric varies but wifi is 27.5/month.

She is illegal, as this apartment technically does not allow pets, but I inherited her and didn’t want to surrender her to a shelter. A little shy but very loving. I’m looking for a clean roommate, who takes care of their own space, and contributes to keeping common spaces clean. I’m an easy-going person and like to be friends with whoever I’m living with, and I like to keep my home as drama-free as possible. I think a roommate relationship is built on communication and mutual respect for each other’s livelihood, personal property, and overall well-being.
